Hydraulic Cartridge Hand Pumps

Hydraulic Cartridge Hand Pumps offer the benefits of a compact design and rapid installation into an industry standard.  The working fluid is mineral oil and the maximum pressure is 400 bar. All units incorporate inlet and outlet checks for an ultra compact design plus an inlet strainer for cleanliness. The Hydraulic Cartridge Hand Pumps allow a hand pump option to be added to a manifold based system for minimal cost. Pipe work is eliminated and installation reduced to seconds.
Operated Cartridge Hand Pump offers a dramatically easy way of integrating hand hydraulic power into manifold based systems. Hydraulic Cartridge Hand Pumps screw into an industry standard cavity machined into the manifold. Installation takes seconds rather than piping up, the unit is very compact and highly cost effective. Inlet and outlet non return valves are integrated into the unit. A 360 degree swivel allows operation to suit the operator. ese units offer very cost effective manual hydraulic power for manifold based systems.

Cartridge Hand Pumps

All of our Cartridge hand pumps offer the benefits of a compact design and rapid installation into an industry standard C 10-2 7/8 UNF 2 port cavity. Displacements from 0.6 cc up to 11 cc are available. The working fluid is mineral oil and the maximum pressure is 400 bar. All units incorporate inlet and outlet checks for an ultra compact design plus an inlet strainer for cleanliness. The Cartridge hand pumps allow a hand pump option to be added to a manifold based system for minimal cost. Pipe work is eliminated and installation reduced to seconds.
Cartridge Hydraulic hand pumps are strong, lightweight and durable. No slip rubber grips are standard on all handles. Handles are available in two sizes: 16 in. and 9 in. lengths. Materials offered are Zinc Plated Steel and Stainless Steel. Non-Joining type handles simply insert into handle socket and stroke. Joining type handles are secured to pump. Pump handles to be used with our line of  Hand Pumps.

Hydraulic Relief Valves

Hydraulic Relief Valves include various types include proportional pressure control, cartridge, sandwich, pilot and direct acting relief valves. Various capabilities include kitting, bending, troubleshooting and installation. Semiconductor, photovoltaic, chemical, oil and gas, medical, telecommunications, aerospace, automotive and various other industries served.
Cartridge Relief Valves SRV2-10 are used in everyday life. If you drive a vehicle, chances are the steering is operated by hydraulics for easy turning of the front wheels. Farm tractors use a large Hydraulic Relief Valves to power attachments and perhaps even move the large rear wheels. Regardless of the application,Hydraulic Relief Valves are all basically the same. A fluid pump is used to increases the pressure of the hydraulic oil. This oil, under pressure, is employed to move either a motor or a long cylinder to perform work. If for some reason the hydraulic pump fails and the pressure becomes too great, the excess pressure must be released before damage or personnel injury occurs. A pressure relief valve is used just for this situation.

Poppet Type Check Valves

Poppet Type Check Valves are similar to check valves in that the sealing element is a poppet but they are actuated by mechanical or electrical means. Poppet Type Check Valves are poppet style elements that allow free flow in one direction while preventing flow in the reverse direction. They can be used to isolate portions of a hydraulic circuit or to provide a free flow path around a restrictive valve. Features Extra low pressure drop capability for systems. Advantages over convention spool-type directional controls are:
1. Virtually zero leakage in closed position.
2. Poppet elements do not stick even when left under pressure for long periods.
3. Fast, consistent response times (down to 15 ms).
